Stop the orders you never wanted

OrderGate turns away the buyers you have blocked at checkout — before the order exists, so there is nothing to refund, cancel, or fight.

• Blocked before an order exists. Rules run inside Shopify’s own checkout validation, so a blocked buyer never becomes an order — not a cancellation, not a refund.
• Rules shaped like the actual problem. Exact addresses, wildcards, whole domains with their subdomains, countries, cities, postal prefixes, and customer tags — up to 1,500 rules.
• Watch before you enforce. Log-only mode reports how many recent orders your rules would have stopped, so you switch blocking on already knowing what it will do.
